Swimming Come & Try 3…

Join us for a ‘Come & Try’ session at Queensferry High School to get a feel for what it’s like to be a member of the Swimming Club here at Heriot-Watt! Transport is provided to the session, and this leaves Oriam at 19:30 so please meet at Oriam Reception at 19:15. 

The actual session begins at 20:00 and runs for 1.5 hours so we want to make sure we leave in plenty time to get the most out of each session! 

Attending a session like this is an excellent way to see what a typical session is like – with the added benefit of being able to meet members of the committee who are on hand to answer any questions you have about joining. 

These sessions cater to all levels… from beginners to competitive swimmers, everyone is welcome. All we ask is that you are capable of swimming 25m non-stop as a minimum. 

For the session, make sure you remember to bring: 

• Swimwear 
• Goggles 
• Towel 
• Water bottle 
• Swimming cap (optional but may be useful for long hair)
