The Active Wellbeing Team are collaborating with Puppy Yoga Scotland to bring you a beginner yoga class, full of puppies!
Each class you will be joined by a litter of puppies who are free to wander around during the yoga session and even get involved with your poses! Classes are for mixed-ability, they are catered to include everyone. Each pose will be described at beginner level, with add ons for a more advanced variation of the pose. Along with the well-being benefits, yoga also has a lot of physical benefits such as increased flexibility, muscle strength and promotes quality of sleep.
No equipment required, please wear comfortable clothing. Please remember to get your ticket scanned!
